Hi i placed an order on 5 January 2022 for Patron headphones from Amazon. However, after 3 months o[censored]se these have already stopped working. These headphones have 1 year warranty and when i contact Amazon i was advised that i need to submit a complaint against the seller. The sound has stopped working on my headphones and i would either like a refund or replacement.
