I ordered a product DJI OSMO SE mobile gimbal on 29th Jan 2024, paid 8990 via my SBI credit card on EMI. Got it delivered on 31th Jan 2024. But when i opened it, there was "tiles / bricks" of same size and weight and the original product was missing.
Same time i called amazon and registered my complain. They said they will investigate and let me know in 4 days. I called again on 5th Feb 2024 only to know that their "internal" investigation was complete and my complaint is refused and no claim / refund or replace is possible.
They did not call me to ask my point. I said i have video made but they refused to listen to me. I feel cheated and feel this is a organized crime / scam.

Selling fake products through online shopping
I have ordered apple airpods pro gen 2 from Amazon on may 16th 2023 for which the seller was Appario Retail Private Ltd, I have received from order on May 29th 2023 but I received fake airpods which are completely duplicate and non workable, I see this retailer doing multiple fraud deliveries through Amazon, this is my complaint on the seller and this seller should be banned before many other customers get cheated

Sony SAD40 80W Multimedia speaker system
Sir, I Purchased Sony SA-D40 4.1 Channel Multimedia Speaker System with Bluetooth (Black) was Sold by Appario Retail Private Ltd and Fulfilled by Amazon on 16 February 2023 and i got a used product so I Initiated Replacement of product .
I got replacement yestarday that is Delivered 24 February in the box there is an old 1 scrap speaker a remote and a big stone i made unboxing video of both product also . I informed amazon care
they said call after 3 days of investigation.What should i do please help.

Regarding s22 ultra
Hello, recently I bought s22 ultra from amazon with Appario seller on 20 September and the model type is *with offer* and after I received device it's seal are already broken and the phone is already registered. When I went to samsung care they informed me this device is activated on 8 april but imei isn't activated. As soon as I got confirmation I informed to amazon Regarding this issue. But till today the seller as well as amazon did not take any step to resolve my issue when I paid nearly 1 lac rupees. Now I'm accepting the phone but I still not able to apply offer of galaxy watch 4 as I bought this s22 ultra with offer. Worst service and no response from both amazon as well as seller on this matter.

In multiple times i have ordered headsets from they selling partners amazon order getting confirmed but not delivered to me i am a prime customer since past 4 years, i have opted for a prime delivery during this great Indian festival 2022 but the product is not delivered to me and in return i get the message "that the product is declined by me at the time of delivery i have got no phone calls or message regarding" it I think it a scam during this Great Indian sale they put low price for the products and make us feel that we need this product and after certain days they won’t deliver it since they have a low stocks with them and later on when the sale period is over they will put actual price and ask us to buy it its just an another honey trap, this is 4th time I having in this month, when I call customer service they say we will refund u money in 72 hrs. they are not providing suitable solutions, i get trouble with this seller multiple times so thought for raising a issue

I filed a warranty claim on redgear site for the mouse redgear x12 v2 which I ordered on 13/06/2022 and recently its sensor isn't responding. A pickup guy showed today and was asking a address where it has to be sent to claim the warranty or to be replaced as the invoice tax mentioned the seller's address, should I use that address on my product??...

Complaint for not refund after collecting item
This is Mahesh M I placed an Order in Amazon a product named PROLITE Background Support Kit (9ft x 9ft) for Backdrop Photography & Videography with Carry Bag (Portable & Foldable) due to missing of some accessories . I Returned the product and order got picked up next day the Refund is not done the product reached to seller too . Now its showing product got cancelled before delivery... I forgot to take pic image of shipping recipt n item. But can send amount transferred to seller as proof. Amount worth 2000/-.

These headphones have 1 year warranty and when i contact Amazon i was advised that i need to submit a complaint against the seller. we have ordered sony wh xm4 on[protected] and[protected] we received it..early morning we got the message for delivery. When Delivery person delivered we were not there at our home.my younger sister received it. she said about his misbehave while delivery with rude nature.
we opened our order with a lot of excitements and unboxing with video recording...and when I opened it...amazon packing box which is inside were already opened.. we were in shocked for what we received.. we received at all u people can see in the Unboxing video nd images..(we can show this)
The product is look like similar..bt totally different. Only one accessory available with the box...and that looked like used product..
We are seriously in annoying situation. we don't understand what happened next ..so we talk to Amazon customer care... Before this call I also called the delivery person. And he said I can't do anything...we clearly understand that we have cheated by delivery or someone behind.
from 2-nov-2021 we have mailed to amazon ..now sharing this issue over here. we have already return what we received but still we are waiting for refund.
As per the current information that you people mentioned that we have sent wrong product to you, but this is not true. we have all data regarding this, the delivery partners not even cheated with us even also with you.. because in unboxing videos and camera footage you people can see clearly. so kindly investigate it in detail and provide our refund.its been already 25 days.

I have purchased ptron earbud from amazon after few month there was charging issue after complaint the issue ias per the policy customer has to courier the defective product to the service centre and had to bear the cost too i have received the replacement pcs after 20 days as per them after doing quality check but have receive the other pcs that too detective and left ear is not working at all if company accept the replacement again i have to bear the courier cost there is no o direct customer care number to handle the query worst

I have kept the whole thing to amazon many times but they have asked for you as i have not heard many mail calls to amazon before i think legal action will have to be taken on amazon and Appario Retail Private Ltd consumer court and Action will also have to be taken, a lot of time has passed, I have not been given my money back, when my more correct product was given which came and I got it checked after showing it completely, after a few days I have come to know here. Product takers keep sending wrong things, I also told this to Amazon, then no action has been taken I think I have to take action Appario Retail Private Ltd. notice will be given by the court

I had purchased Tenda AC10 AC1200 Wireless Smart Dual-Band Gigabit WiFi Router from Amazon.

I bought this product to improve my wireless Internet connection better in my house as I was not getting the connectivity in a few rooms in my house.
I received this product on 21 June and I installed it on 22 June.
1. I noticed that the performance of Tenda router is not great there was no difference in connectivity. I changed the location of my Airtel Modem and there was no improvement in the connectivity in Tenda router in fact the Airtel modem’s connectivity is better.
2. I was not able to log into Tenda router (http:Tenda.com) to change the SSID and add the password. This is a big security concern for me as without the password anybody can use my Internet connection and misuse it.
3. When I wanted to return it and get my refund, I am getting option only for replacement, there is no option for refund. Why will I use a product which has no security feature and has no value add to my existing connectivity.
4. Products on Amazon, who do not issue a refund clearly mention “no refund” alongside their product, this is not found for Tenda product. Please find the image attached.
5. Tenda is a Chinese company (https://www.tendacn.com/default.html) – this was not mentioned on the page. Had I known it was from China I would not have ordered it as I know that most Chinese products are fake.
