I filed a warranty claim on redgear site for the mouse redgear x12 v2 which I ordered on 13/06/2022 and recently its sensor isn't responding. A pickup guy showed today and was asking a address where it has to be sent to claim the warranty or to be replaced as the invoice tax mentioned the seller's address, should I use that address on my product??
