Appario Retail Private Ltd — Returned received product but yet not refund.

Order No:[protected].

we have ordered sony wh xm4 on[protected] and[protected] we received it..early morning we got the message for delivery. When Delivery person delivered we were not there at our home.my younger sister received it. she said about his misbehave while delivery with rude nature.

we opened our order with a lot of excitements and unboxing with video recording...and when I opened it...amazon packing box which is inside were already opened.. we were in shocked for what we received.. we received at all u people can see in the Unboxing video nd images..(we can show this)
The product is look like similar..bt totally different. Only one accessory available with the box...and that looked like used product..
We are seriously in annoying situation. we don't understand what happened next ..so we talk to Amazon customer care... Before this call I also called the delivery person. And he said I can't do anything...we clearly understand that we have cheated by delivery or someone behind.

from 2-nov-2021 we have mailed to amazon ..now sharing this issue over here. we have already return what we received but still we are waiting for refund.

As per the current information that you people mentioned that we have sent wrong product to you, but this is not true. we have all data regarding this, the delivery partners not even cheated with us even also with you.. because in unboxing videos and camera footage you people can see clearly. so kindly investigate it in detail and provide our refund.its been already 25 days.

Kindly help us... solve this issue. If you want see all footage we are also ready for it.. find in the attachment and issue our refund.
