Appco Group India — I paid amount but the product is not delivered and installed | |||
Dear sir, I, Mahendhar Reddy Pisati(Existing User)Ph.No.[protected], I have ordered an tata sky new connection through an executive of appco Group India, he has explained plan and amount has been credited to company through Paytm of Rs.4845/- ref txn ID. [protected] dated 08.06.2018. Executive name:Prathap, phone No. [protected]. Now when I contact to him he is saying you need to pay extra amount and other stauf than I asked for refund than he is saying we can't refund amount. Than who's mistake is this. I paid amount as per his expansion only and when he explained the plan he said full hd dhamal mix plan and later payment Now he is not responding properly Demanding extra amount by saying silly reasons... Please help me as soon as possible If you not respond with in reasonable time than I will complain in consumer court.
