Dear sir i purchased honda activa 5g - dlx on 20 10 2018 from apple honda ajwa road showroom. The said vehical was delivered with engine noise which till date has not been put right. I had it serviced yesterday with gust 374 km and it was handed over to me saying that it has been put right, which was not and the foremen & maneger rashmikant and mechanic gaurang stabburnly refuse to accept the same which everyone else does. Even at this very moment the said product is with them the job card no 26570 dated 17 11 2018. The front fork was also found defective which was repaired insted of replacing it. Sir i have visited the showroom 10 to 11 times till now but no satisfactory action has benn taken till now. When i got it checked by the head foremen of sesa bajaj i was informed that the problem is with head & decompresion. I request that the matter is resolved at the earliest.
