20th sep 2012 - initial complain launched
23rd sep 2012 - machine taken
1st oct 2012 - machine delivered ( also promised that machine would be installed the same day but not done )
2nd oct 2012 - my dad passed away ( I was sleeping at my friends place because my A/C was not installed - had I to be at home I would have definitely done something better for my dad and even probably saved his life)
10th oct 2012 - my machine was installed and a service fee and other charges charged though my machine was under warranty
2nd dec 2012 - machine had the same problem again ... Launched complain with call centre
3rd dec 2012 - machine was taken again for repairs
12th dec 2012 - machine installed ( thankfully no charges demanded but asked for transportation charges) ---- from this day on A/C was not being used as was not required during winters
14th feb 2012 - machine had same problem ... Launched complain with call centre
16th feb 2012 - machine taken for repairs.
I have Spoken with Nimesh (manager) twice until now who has always been very promising in telling me that he was busy with my case and would get back but I have not heard from him proactively ..ever..... He has also assured me that he is having talks with the head office that he is going to push for a brand new replacement A/c as this machine has a problem and also because of the dis-satisfying experience I have had with your esteemed organisation.
