Sunflame 4 Burner Pearl Glass Gas Stove — GAS Stove not working | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, A Sunflame Pearl Glass Stove was purchased by me from Big Bazar, Ambience Mall on 18 Oct 2011. The Gas Stove came with 2 years warranty. After 11 months o[censored]sage one of the gas burners is unable to dispense or burn properly. I had lodged a complain with Sunflame service center on the following numbers:[protected], [protected] 3 weeks back and received a complain number S1847. Even after 3 weeks there was no service response from this company, neither anyone called me up for resolution. I lodged a new complain on 15 Oct 2012 with complain number: S2018 and was told that the service of the GAS Stove would be done within 24 hours but still no response from the company. I have also called up the company service person Mr Rawat on [protected] and he daily provides me with false assurances regarding service but no one comes for the same. I would request you to please raise this issue with Sunflame and please inform them that there service is extremely poor and so they should come forward and apologize for the same in addition to servicing or replacing my gas stove.
