We purchased the above item on 18.8.22 from a multibrand store in Indore. After about 3-4 months, we started smelling gas leakage from the stove. Subsequently, we lodged 3-4 complaints with the company. Every time, a technician would come and declare that there is no leakage from the stove, whereas there indeed is a leakage at one of the valves. Once, even a self proclaimed super expert from Sunflame visited and instead of addressing the issue, advised that we should operate the stove by using the valve attached to the gas cylinder every time!
Incidentally, all the visits took place when my wife was alone at home. My request to send a technician when I am at home (say on Saturday), has not been paid heed to. Therefore, I sent them videos of flame at the jet (nozzle tip) when lighted with a cigarette lighter. Even after this, they are adament that there is nothing wrong with the stove!
The service team of sunflame are so audacious that they are closing the complaint without resolving the issue, and asking me to lodge a fresh complaint every time. When I complained again today and being at home, requested for a visit today itself, the regional serice manager bluntly told that there will be no more checking at home and the item would be brought to their service center, and tested with high pressure gas. I do not believe in their words and bet that they would again say there i nothing wrong. Else, why are they avoiding checking it in front of me? I think the company is just passing time amd testing the patience of the customer.
This is a grossly unfair and unethical trade practice. I demand that they replace the stove immediately, or refund the entire amount paid towards its purchase.
Sunflame Enterprises customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by tkmandal As feared, there was no response from the service staff yesterday. They would now insist visiting from tomorrow (12th June 2023), when only my wife would be at home so that the same game is continued. Meanwhile we shall go on long holidays on Friday and that would be a bonus to the incompetent Sunflame servise team. They would say that the customer wasnt available, notwithstanding that I gave a full week's time.
If there is someone sensible in Sunflame, he would arrange a visit in the evening hours at the earliest, just to show that someone takes thibgs seriously.
