Regarding poor service of mixer grinder.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received for my Sun Flame Mixer Grinder.
I lodged a service request on Date 03/06/2025, and although I was assured of prompt assistance. On June 6 we had a small conversation that it will be delivered by then. I am extremely disappointed with the service and support regarding my chimney (Model: CH CUPO 90 BK AC GC), which I purchased from the Army Canteen in July 2024. The unit suddenly stopped working after only 6 months, and despite being under warranty, it has been nearly a month with no resolution since our complaint in the begining of march 2025.

The technicians assigned to inspect and repair the unit have proven to be ineffective...

    It's is inform u that in Guntur Andhra Pradesh Sunflame company geyser I have taken and that geyser was repaired, before 7days I have given complaint in sunflame company, but till date no technician will not came to my home, Very poor service in this company. All viewers plz don't buy this company products it's very very poor quality and very poor service in Guntur Andhra Pradesh

      Ever since I bought the geyser, I am getting electric shock. I have also complained, there is no response to the complaint, it's been 2 years till now.Complaint center people are saying, Sir, we do not have a service provider in Sonipat. There is no service provider for 2 years. How should I understand the meaning of this?Does customer life have no value for the company?

        Sir,
        We have a Sunflame Cooktop for which we have raised a service request on 9th August with Ref. No KOL[protected].

        Out of 3 burners, 2 burners are not working properly and upon using them, the flames are coming out of the burners and are in a very critical situation. The engineer has visited us and informed us to change both the burners and also one part beneath the burners immediately.

        All the parts have been ordered by him to the company but it's been 18 days and the parts have not been replaced yet. We have again complained regarding the matter on 17th August, Ref No KOL[protected] and they told us that it will be resolved within 24 hours but there is no update yet.

        A cooktop is an essential item and we are getting afraid o[censored]sing it every day. If any accident occurs due to such a problem, then who will be held liable for it even after requesting to change its parts for 18 days. We urgently request to take the matter on a serious note and resolve our problem at the earliest.

          श्रीमान जी मैं आपके समक्ष यह प्रस्तुत करना चाहता हूं कि मेरी सनफ्लेम P1 चिमनी जोकि मार्च महीने से खराब है आपके इंजीनियर के मार्च में विजिट करने के बाद दोबारा से 9:00 ना आने पर आज तक यह चिमनी खराब चल रही है आपका इंजीनियर उसको उतार के नीचे रखकर चला गया यह कहकर कि इसका स्पेयर पार्ट एक-दो दिन में आ जाएगा आपके इंजीनियर में इसकी पीसीबी में फाल्ट बताया है किंतु आज तक अगस्त महीने मैं भी दोबारा से इसे अटेंड नहीं किया है मैं आप लोगों को कई बार फेसबुक के जरिए मेल के जरिए ट्विटर के ऊपर कंप्लेंट कर चुका हूं परंतु आप लोगों के ऊपर कोई असर नहीं हो रहा है मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि आप मेरी चिमनी को तुरंत ठीक करवाएं मैं इसका ठीक होने में जो पैसा लगेगा वह देने के लिए तैयार हूं अन्यथा कंज्यूमर फोरम मैं अपील करूंगा कि आप मुझे मानसिक रूप से जो प्रताड़ित कर रहे हैं उसके लिए ₹50000 कंपनसेशन मनी प्रदान करें

                Purchased on 12jan2023, installed on 05feb2023.installation was very much delayed. On 11mar2023, doors got stuck, technician repaired and 21mar2023 same problem repeated. Technician informed to replace the part, but the part is not available with the company. If it comes then we can replace is the answer given from customer care and technician. It's been 3 months, there was no response from them.. let the chimney get replaced or we will file a complaint in consumer forum.

                  The screws holding the oven door to the hinge are sheet metal screws and become loose every couple of months which causes the door to misalign with the lock and doesn't close. There are 4 such screws 2 on the top hinge and 2 on the bottom hinge. There is no locking washer or thread locking. Your service center Magnificent enterprise says there is no warranty on door...which is very surprising. The product was purchased on 6/10/22 and is in warranty

                    We purchased the above item on 18.8.22 from a multibrand store in Indore. After about 3-4 months, we started smelling gas leakage from the stove. Subsequently, we lodged 3-4 complaints with the company. Every time, a technician would come and declare that there is no leakage from the stove, whereas there indeed is a leakage at one of the valves. Once, even a self proclaimed super expert from Sunflame visited and instead of addressing the issue, advised that we should operate the stove by using the valve attached to the gas cylinder every time!
                    Incidentally, all the visits took place when my wife was alone at home. My request to send a technician when I am at home (say on Saturday), has not been paid heed to. Therefore, I sent them videos of flame at the jet (nozzle tip) when lighted with a cigarette lighter. Even after this, they are adament that there is nothing wrong with the stove!
                    The service team of sunflame are so audacious that they are closing the complaint without resolving the issue, and asking me to lodge a fresh complaint every time. When I complained again today and being at home, requested for a visit today itself, the regional serice manager bluntly told that there will be no more checking at home and the item would be brought to their service center, and tested with high pressure gas. I do not believe in their words and bet that they would again say there i nothing wrong. Else, why are they avoiding checking it in front of me? I think the company is just passing time amd testing the patience of the customer.
                    This is a grossly unfair and unethical trade practice. I demand that they replace the stove immediately, or refund the entire amount paid towards its purchase.

                    As feared, there was no response from the service staff yesterday. They would now insist visiting from tomorrow (12th June 2023), when only my wife would be at home so that the same game is continued. Meanwhile we shall go on long holidays on Friday and that would be a bonus to the incompetent Sunflame servise team. They would say that the customer wasnt available, notwithstanding that I gave a full week's time.
                    If there is someone sensible in Sunflame, he would arrange a visit in the evening hours at the earliest, just to show that someone takes thibgs seriously.

                        Hello,

                        This is to inform you people last time to get my newly purchased Sunflame ceiling fan from Csd, Jaipur.

                        I bought this fan on 29th April and its been 20 days now and you people are just making me fool by giving me unnecessary excuses and not replacing it.

                        Attaching the purchase bill along with the SR number that u people gave me for the replacement. Get it replaced ASAP or else I have to take a legal action against you people and it will be a powercut a big trouble for you just because of a ceiling fan and trust me I won't lie, even if I have to spend more money to screw your happiness.

                              I have recently bought a three burner gas... automatic... glass.. One burner doesnt work properly. I try for 30secs then it works and sometimes use matchstick to burn. I m fed up of it. It is such a pathetic product. Since the time I have bought I am facing this issue.. I filed a complaint last time and it worked, but again its the same issue.. I made a big mistake that bought sunflame... your representative who visited once told my mother why do you bother us for such small things. You should check on your own

                                Hello,
                                Gas stove toughen glass broken, complaint has been registered with the customer care vide no. DEL[protected]. It has been more than a week since the complaint is registered and no technician contacted. Customer care service is pathetic.
                                Please, look into the same and provide the resolution asap failing which will lodge a formal complaint with consumer forum.
