Voltas — ac is not cooling

Dear sir/madam; I had buyed voltas air condition on 5 years warranty from K.P.M.S electronic shop.which is located in R.P. road ; secunderabad . our air condition is not cooling and more 3 years warranty is yet on our ac.we had complaint for customer care of sri sai air conditioners on 23 may 2013 .from 23 may no one is bother to take any action on our complaint.customer care operator asked us 24 hours time for sending a technician.and every next day we are complaining to customer care operator.but no one is bother to take any action on our complaint .we are facing a lot of problem .please i request the forum to take action and do some thing.
