Apply Pan India — Refund and Cancel my application for updating PAN card

I apply for updates on PAN card, i have to pay 499/- INR for this but later I knew that it charge only 107/-. And this company customer service also not satisfactory, so I want to cancel my application and refund my charges are taken by the company as earliest as possible.
