Applypanonline.com — duplicate pan card application - no status/ no update/ no tracking/ no contact detail

I had applied for duplicate pan card on 09/11/2018 and documents along with singed application form were received at company's end on 13/11/2018 through bluedart courier.

Have not heard any thing form company's end over status. When tried checking status online, the site is not accepting its own application number as reference number.

No contact detail of the company is available. Seems fooling people to earn money.
