I had bought a black bag on Van Heusen of Rs. 2, 299 and they delivered a blue bag. I initiated a return request for the same and since then, the return request never gets processed and keeps cancelling on its own. Since they do not have any customer care number, I sent emails to them to which Im always replied (sometimes days to weeks after) to reinitiate a return request. When I do that, the return request is again cancelled on its own, product is not picked up and their customer service doesn't respond to any of my emails.

I took a loan from Payme india of 500, and my repayment date was 4 may 2022, they called me 2 times to main balance in my account so that they could deduct the amount from the account, and I maintained it also but they did not didudcted the loan from my account and in the next morning they hike the loan amount to 1355rs
Is that the way to increase the interest and is this my fault that you do not deduct the loan amount?? I am not going pay this loan at any cost do whatever you can do Payme India

Last few months back investing my moneny more than rs. 750000 this company and 43 people worked with this company but totally lost my money there is no any payments and my deposit amount, this company md s. We wish to report a company called “karigaari india” owned by raghav bhartia, contact no. +[protected], based in mumbai. The man is a fraudster. We contacted them for a forward order in dubai and paid the agreed amount on 6th october. Karigaari promised us to deliver the order within 7-8 days. We had clearly informed them we need this order in dubai before diwali and thus we must receive the order in time. As per the agreement we must have received the order by 15 oct. However, they stopped responding to us online and also did not attend our calls. Karigaari india failed to deliver the order and agreed to refund on 23rd. However, till date we have not received our money back from them. We have tried to contact them over and over again but in return the man have started abusing us.

Kindly look into the matter.

I have been send mail for the recovery of false recovery charges for damages. There were no damages made by me to the car not even a scratch. They are harassing me without any proof. I returned the car in the same condition in which it was given to me. Still the are asking me to pay 6000 rs. Kindly help so that they understand that they cannot ask money from customers and cheat like this without any reason.

I have ordered arena python from sportsdrive.in the goggles have leakage problem whenever i use to dive in pool the goggles one side of goggles get fill with water so i want to return my goggles as suggested by company. So please sir iys my kind request that return my goggles as fast beacuse after few days i have my compitition.

Also this company has started to offer part time jobs to people to earn money.
The scheme is as follows-
1. Pay 7450/- and purchase a holiday package, plus open your own business center (User id).
2. Your job is to invite people to seminars and make them join naswiz.
3. For every 2 people you join, you get 900/-, and also your seniors get the money.
Sounds cool!!!

Loop holes and traps..
1. There is a 95% chance that you, may not be able to do business, so you may leave by paying 7450/- and just forgetting it.
2. Almost all the senior members will take your money and will not create any id and will give you no package. Therefore your entire money went in their pockets directly. Money gone.. Business gone..
3. The hotels, if offered are terrible and the facilities are even worse.
4. Naswiz has a very bad reputation in market, therefore many people will avoid to join in the first place.
5. No proof will be given for your money that you paid, hence legally you cannot file a complaint.
6. The earnings shown by naswiz members are impossibly mouth watering, but all false, and just to get your attention.
7. Even the most innocent looking naswiz members can lie upto any extent. Do not trust them!

What you should avoid..
1. Never meet them personally. They can fool you very easily.
2. Do not attend the seminar, its a honey trap.
3. Always avoid to pay any money, untill you are sure about the business.

My advice to everyone. If you hear the name naswiz... Run away!!!

I am escalating this issue because it could not be solved by customer care team.

My distributor id is 12902269. I ordered product worth rs. 5191 on august 9th.

2x nutralite daily 120 +30
1x sa8 liquid
Free stuff 200gm protein

Of these items i only received 1x sa8 liquid and 200gm protein.

2x nutralite daily was not in the parcel.

Immediately after opening the parcel i notified my upline who suggested me to lodge a complaint with customer care.

I lodge complaint with customer care and complaint number is as follows. Aie-386286-q3n1p5.

I never received any reply from customer care regarding this issue. It was me who has to follow-up over and over again.

On wednesday when i spoke to amway executive he said that it was partial shipment as product was not available with the warehouse and will be shipped once its available to that i requested him to not to ship the product as i cannot wait further and want refund.

Request was raised regarding this but today wheni called executive said that product was delivered and they have delivery report.

I never said that product was not delivered, but it was partial.

Bill that was sent was for all stuff. Now i am left confused as whats going on there.

Cctv footage or product audit report can easily help to know if it was packed along with the other products.

In case my order was fully packed kindly send me cctv footage and product audit report so that i can file case against courier service. This is clear case of forgery.

If these are not available i will be forced to sue amway in consumer forum.

I sent this mail to amway dcs team, girl name surbji called and spoke to me on 12th and said this issue is faced by many and she will help. She gave me an option to take daily multi 120tabs 2 pack and forget about the 2pack of 30 tabs as its not in stock. I refused and gave her option to send me 1 pack of 60 tabs in case 2 pack of 30 tabs are not available.

Post that she said she will get back to me but in vain, they never called back again.
