In the month of January 2015, Shankar from Coin Root analysis has kept on calling me from telephone number [protected] repeatedly and persuaded me to invest money in his model port polio services i.e., money back offer with guaranteed returns of profit at the rate of 18.75% per month per one lakh. He has asked me to see his web site i.e., www.coinrootanalysis.com. He made me to believe his web site. Believing the words of him, I invested a sum of Rs two lakhs and I transferred the said amount from my bank account i.e., HDFC bank, Cauvery Bhavan Branch, to your bank account on 16/2/2015 vide NEFT DR-UTIB0000080-COIN ROOT ANALYSIS, Cauvery bhavan - No.[protected]. First month, he gave returns of Rs 37, 500/. But later he did not pay anything and he went on postponing the payment. Therefore I requested him for return of my money. In that regard, I have sent several emails and SMS message and several telephone calls. But he did not return my amount. Whenever I call upon him, he kept on giving one or the other false explanations. Now almost 7 months are over.
2. 2. He is indulged in luring the investors in dubious schemes and persuade the investors to invest their hard earned money and after receiving the amount, neither he pays the profits as promised by him nor return the amount, thereby he is cheating the public.
