I had ordered for a delivery of flowers (viz. order no. NZ6088) to an address in Bangalore on February 14, 2017. I got a mail on February 15, 2017 saying the delivery has been done, but I can confirm this has not happened. All forms of complaint - on the website, by e-mail, calls to the customer service number - have gone unheeded, and the whole operation seems to be a complete sham. Was this information helpful? |
