My phone was insured by apps daily and phone was theft in november month and i complained but now till i did not get settlement according to tat time of company it was over too much but when i checked and want to know the status they told me that your claim is in under process

The apps daily insurance company doesn't give proper customer service nor on time delivery as promised to the customer. They do not pick up calls or answer the questions properly. Highly disappointed.
its been a month that they did not repair my phone and they do not give spare phone as they promise.

AppsDaily — Mobile phone dead

Sir . I purchased a mobile phone 23 set 2015 for jumbo. But last sunday my mobile autometicaly dead while it on charging. My mobile info following that-

There is much more time since i gave my mobile to apps daily for insurance claim They told me they repair my handset in 21 day but no replay from him after 65 days later
please give me a replay when i got my handset
