Apps Daily — not received my phone even after completion of 7 month

Apps daily received my phone on dt. 11.01.2017 with IMEI no.[protected] from Bhadrak with intimation id-ADN_060117_[protected] and was committed to deliver within 21 working days. Also an amount of Rs.2280 was paid for processing the same. But till now i have not received my phone neither received any information regarding the phone. Whenever I am getting in contact with the staff they respond as if they don't know anything about the device and they clearly says that the company is no more to settle the issue. Please cooperate and resolve the issue at an earlier or else i will go for some other option to do the settlement.
