Confirm me my damaged handset claim status (Which is already approved by you via notification received by me on mon, 26 sep 2016 at 13:30:03) of my samsung a8 mobile handset bearing
Imei no-[protected] and claim id - ad_d_080916_[protected].

I have already sent all the necessary documents (Including cancelled cheque etc) along with the packed handset with all necessary accessories (Charger, earphone, bill etc) 6 months back.

I have not received any positive response till now and your website/ call center are also not showing any information regarding the claim.

Will be waiting for your quick/fast response or at last i will have to move to consumer court.
