App daily insurance company have taken my mobile since 5th march 2016 for insurance and they said that it will be total loss and again they asked to send the mobile and accessories along with box and some documents and i have submitted all the documents through courier to them but they are not replying and i don't know why they are not solving my problem and and why they are not sending my money back or even they are not telling me whether the phone will be replaced or not ..my job id is AD_D_290216_2985397
