I use a mi 5 the approval process took a while with documents uploaded. My device was approved for repairs on 05th jan 2017. During the claim process their support was prompt with replies to every email and immediate call support.
Now its been over a month and i am still waiting for them to reply to my emails and calls. The current status show final status of this cin: total loss
Total loss: device beyond economic repair. Cheque will be dispatched to the customer on receipt of original invoice, box and accessories.
Send the all receipt of original invoice, box and accessories.
After that i have not received any updates, number of calls made to support but no answer. I am unable to get in touch with support for the past 1 months, no replies to email and no phone contact.
