On 8 may 2017 i have given my sony xperai xa mobile phone to the company representative for the claim on 08/05/2017 i was contacting the company since then didn't get any reply till now the email consist the info (Thank you for using Apps You Need services. Thank you for your valuable time over the call with our executive with regards to your claim with CIN .

My name is sunil varma. I am from pune maharashtra. I had i phone 6 which was damaged in 2016. Appsyouneed collect phone from my home address but at yet they never returned my phone or any claim amount.

I had submitted my asus zedfone max for claim but till now neither i receive money. Nor i received my phone back i have my ime no. So i am going to police station for generating a fir.

I had purchase MICROSOFT LUMIA 535 under insurance of APPS YOU NEED on 15th oct 2015 from Jaipur . During the insurance period my mobile was damage.i was registered claim as per policy on 17 Aug 2016.the claim ref is CIN D[protected] but i have not getting any refund from company and company is not responding on it.

My iphone 5s has been damaged and the agent took my all the accessories and bill n box original by saying that they need it for verification process and till now. I haven't received my money or phone. I am highly disappointed and should not be helped till date. No support from the calling end. They always tell to message on the chat support and i don't know what kind of poor service they provide. They are the real thief's who stole our money in the form of insurance first by saying that it's a government company and then they even don't bother to reply to the customer. Such a poor people who begs like this and feel free by having our hard-earned money. This has took a long damage to my life as well as there were several important documents saved in the device and very important images. I am still having all the documents and process related papers that they have used to cheat me. I have the claim form and the claim number. Policy number everything with me. I want it to get this resolved as soon as possible and will otherwise take some necessary action. I request consumer forum to have a look at it.

Sir my mobile declare as total loss, till now i dont get resolution, my refund is still pending, please tell me when i get my refund please answer me..

Thank you for using Apps You Need Services. Your claim with CIN DMAR11629 has been found to be Beyond Economic Repair so it will not be repaired. As per the policy, you will get claim amount by cheque instead of repaired handset. Your damaged handset shall be a property of the insurer.

Sit i did not receive claim amount, please release my claim amount

I want to request for paytm app. They dont proceed my request for 12 days and daily they are say many query. They dont talk best for customer. I want to proceed my query early. Paytm customer are not done my number changing request in 12 days. I am to tired from there exicutive. I have request to consumer complaints exicutive please resolve my qiery to early. I Gave MY Phone TO Delhivery Agent OF APPS YOU NEED ON 12TH JULY 2017 But Till Today I Don't Received MY PHONE AS WELL AS A CHEQUE OF LOSS AMOUNT. My Phone Is ON Guarantee Period AND I Had VIVO V3 . For This I Made earlier Complaint AND I am trying to contact Apps You Need Contact No. But I didn't get satisfactory results. My complaint is not resolved Yet.My Complaint Id Was PDJUN05206.

My cin no is t[protected].. Its new phone 11 dats old was theft in dec 2016...in short i have send lakhs of e mail. Earlier my total theft was approved but no money was recieved.. I have contacted mny times... See previous record... Now after long wait iam sending summon to apps u need.. Iam a advocate delhi court by giving last chance.. And also lodging fir of fraud against co.. And officer who did my insurance... All proof are attach below... U alll be liabke under ipc fraud and 2.1. (B) qnd c coprq act... Iam giving time oto co. Till 30 feb... I have aall proof against u and that shooper is also witness agaunst u who did insurance and will come to court against u as witness... Document are attach below open ur eyes and give my amount before i claim more amount including interest and legal charges in court.. Do u get it.. And one last thing thing if claim us seriously not giving i will claim in court petrol charges which i expense by comming to ur co nd going and many round of shopkewper... The distance was much and legal charges now going to incurred... So i dont want give interest proced in 10 days..

My phone was declared as total loss and it was sent with all the accessories at your company but even after 2 year i have not received 50% amount cheque. No one is responding at customer care. Is this what we expect from you? I need the money or my cellphone back. Please do the needful as my patience is over now.

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer care service. They are least bothered to attend calls, always busy. My phone screen has broken and i want its claim. Dealer suggested me to register complaint at customer care but they are not attending. I am unable to reach you, so provide information how can i get my claim.

I have done the insurance of my mobile and the screen was damaged in that period so the company people has picked up my phone and they have said me that you would get your money refund because we are not able to repair it and they said me they would refund my money in one month but till today I didn't receive. The company executive was always saying me that you would receive your money in a month and they have asked me to send a cancelled cheque so from which they can do the transfer but after some days that executive left the company and the main authority who looks into the matter they were saying we never received the phone which was a wrong information from there end. The company is trying to make a fraud by not giving the customers money. I can attach all the documents required by the forum.

I am paramjit singh sandhu from jamshedpur. It has become more than 1yr that i havent recieved yet. I dont kno wht the hell is wrong with this company.They dont pick up phones. It was a 30k smartphone
