    I had insured my handset with this company. My cin no: is dapr66368
    I was assured that my handset will be repaired and sent back to me within 1 month. But it has been more than 3 months and my handset has not been delivered to my. Now they are not even answering my queries. I am really disgusted. I don't know what to do. My irn is 818285. My handset was picked up on 27/04/2017. Damage date :1/4/17. Physical damage.

    I am repeatedly calling them and messaging them to know about the status of my phone.but they are not responding.
    I think they have stolen my phone legally
    Is there anybody who can help me get my phone back
    I am a Rahul Aneja from Sirsa Haryana and i am a dealer in telecommunications. My insurance claims are pending from last 4-5 months. Local officials are gone away from market and nobody is responding the calls and mails. Feeling like a fraud. Customers are making nuisance everyday.
    I had submitted my documents on the portal on 19th of July saying that I will get an approval by 23rd july. upon calling all they say is wait for 24 hours, wait for 8 hours. kindly help as I need the phone to be repaired urgently.

But yet i didn't got my mobile, it was only simple damage of screen & bent of posture but still they are making delay. Regarding the repairing & delivery of my phone, i complaint many times to company representative but they always disappointed, harreshed & fool to me. They give only satisfication & false confermation & lie to their customer, it is shame. I registered many complaint by written also & complain no. Are - cnjun03732 cnjun21211 cn98187545 cnjul06401 cnjyl17153 conclusion - since date of incident more then 3 month passed, it is my honerable request to insurance owner company that plz repair & return my phone, now i can't tolerate so much delay. I directly warning the company owner & their representative to make fool me, if my mobile not repaired & delivered as soon, i will case file in consumer court & for that i have strong & sufficient evidence.

            When i call on call center its never get connected
            While i was claiming i filled the form 4times ; on my last warning you guys gave acceptance; i want my phone its just used it for 6 month and 3 months i had given for apps you need ; i want my phone
            If you don't file a consumer case against them you will not get back your phone

              I have submitted complaint for my handset damage in 22/10/2016. After some days a ecom courier guy come and collect my handset, charger and all documents. After some days apps you need guys told me that my handset got total 100% damage... So they will refund my money...
              After that they are demanding handset box and accessories... I told him that i have already handed over all thing to courier guy.. Then executive told me that you will receive amount on 1st week of april.
              After that i am waiting and waiting...
              Calling and calling...
              At consumer complain number executives are behaving very rough...
              Now today is 22/7/2017...
              Approx 270 days gone but still i am waiting...
              I am submitting receiving of courier copy and screenshot of my claim process...
              Just want to know will you release my claim amount or not...
              Otherwise i will go to consumer forum for justice.

                  My phone got break i did all formalities on time i was promised to to have my cheque many times and last time i was promised for 10th july, today when i called customer care told we have banned sendinn cheques for three years. What is this are consumer fool? This company has cheated me i would have sold my phone at that time atleast i would have got some amount earlier and saved insurance amount. Its been 184 days and i am being fooled by this company. I have to pay amount somewhere, urgently need money, i want my insurance money back along with my phone and compensation for making fraudulent promise and cheating. Since april this company is making me fool.

                    My cell phone was picked from my home about 2 months back, since then your executives are holding me on saying 24-48 hours.. Is your customer a fool? Why cant they give proper service? Your senior staff "kalpana pathak" has told me i would get my phone by 10/07/17, its 21/07/17 now... Your executive chanvi singh states she cant transfer call to senior as its not in her authority, (What the #?), don't tell me you cant transfer calls to seniors when customer asks... Your executive ranjeet singh says seniors aren't available.. # i[censored] cant get details just go to hell bloody and get my call connected to someone who can deal, why moving around your filthy # in between... After all this i talked to them nicely and they keep on holds for 10-15 mins... I wanna know is this the way u provide service? They hire unqualified people who just work for thier own money.. I want my cell phone either repaired or replaced asap

                        My phone was collected on 19th march'17 with claim number dmar22993.

                        I have been in regular follow up but i am not able to get any update on return of my mobile phone. It been more than 125days but still i have not received my mobile phone back. Customer care is just harassing by giving false dates every time by saying that my claim has been approved and i will get by phone in next one week. By just sharing weekly dates i have told that we are dealing with your issue on priority but in actual there is no action taken. I am not sure if i can really get back my mobile phone. At times customer care numbers are also not connected and failing to which makes me more confused. Please help me in getting back my phone as i can spend more time waiting after investing 60000 and it was a new phone..

                        Hi Renjit,

                        This is to bring into you knowledge that my phone was collected from residence in Jamshedpur on 19th march'17 with claim number DMAR22993.

                        I have been in regular follow up with Appsyouneed but i am not able to get any update on return of my mobile phone. As on date its been 130 days but still i have not received my mobile phone back. Customer care is just harassing by giving false dates every time with a different statement or information like my claim has been approved and i will get by phone in next one week and my phone has gone into total loss and ill get back a cheque for entire invoice amount for phones cost.
                        Service centre is just sharing random dates every week and i am being told that they are dealing with your issue on priority but in actual there is no action taken by your team. At times customer care numbers are also not connected and failing to which makes customer in a problematic phase.

                        Please help me in getting back my phone as i cant spend more time waiting after investing 65000 and it was a new phone which was collected for rectification by your team.

                        We request for an immediate action and return of phone within a week. Failing to comply the same will force us to take legal action against the company for harassing customer for more that 4 months. Attached complain history for your action.

                          Hi,

                          I had given my phone under damage protection to apps you need for repair. The claim was submitted on 16th june 2017 and the phone got picked up on 8th july 2017 (After repeated complaints regarding the same) but since then there has been no response or communication on their end. Initially i was told, i will get my phone with 15 days. Slowly the 15 days turned to 30 and now when asked for it they say that it will take more 30 days for the phone to get repaired. When called on their number, the representatives are generally busy or they disconnect the call without answering properly.

                          I have also raised multiple tickets regarding the same but all of them are pending.

                          Upon asking the company to share the authorized service center details, they come up with excuses that they don't have the details or pretend that they cannot hear my voice (This has happened multiple times).

                          I request you to kindly look into the matter.

                            I am from bangalore and have purchased appsyouneed insurance cover for my phone. My screen was broken so i raised a claim and it was approved on 17/4/2017, the phone was picked up and delivered to appsyouneed on 04/05/2017, its been more than 2 months and they are now not responding to my queries about when they can deliver the repaired phone. First few weeks they responded that they are repairing and it will be delivered soon. Later they just stopped replying.

                            I noticed now that their facebook page is also deactivated, and all calls to their customer care just says all lines are busy and gets dropped.

                            I have also raised multiple complaint tickets on their website all are just in pending status.

                            Please help me get back my repaired phone.

                              This is regarding cin no. 04597. I am writing down this mail after getting harassed by you people. I got my mobile i phone 6s after one and half month after getting repaired as it was liquid damage, rs 620 also i paid to the executive of apps youneed as it been asked to paid as 5% of repair cost where as total cost of epairing was not told to me. No recipt issued to me for the money which i paid to the delivery boy. I asked the delivery guy to wait as i want to check the repaired mobile of mine whether it is working g properly or not but the guy refused to wait and said he just a delivery boy if any problem come i have to contact the appsyou need people again.

                              Now after charging i switch on the mobile and found that the it is not working. The speaker, microphone and rear camera are not working as i think all not repaired.

                              This is totally a cheat to the customer you people are cheating the customers.

                              I am following up my claim from last almost two months and after 2 months when i got no my mobile in same condition as it was after damage is totally harassment.

                              Put complaint 2 times but no actoion has been taken from you people.

                              I request you to take this matter very seriously as this has become pain in my head.

                                Sir, i devender kuamr, from rohtak haryana, taken a insurance of my mobile gionee s6 on april 2016, but when my mobile gone on accident on dated 02.02.2017 and i send to you for insurance claim, then you said to me that my mobile was decalared by you fully damage and a chque send to me, i send all details to you, but still i not received my chque from you of my insurance claim.

                                  I have been chasing and since 21 st dec-2016. Final everything was confirm you and cheque was supposed to be received by the by 10th may-2017 but till date neither cheue was sent not informed anything to undersigned. Please let me know the status or return my device with all accessories. Every time messages like "your device is total loss and your cheue will be processed shortly. And subsequently no information was made to my queries since 21st june-17.

                                    Dear concerned,
                                    I had purchased a oppo f1 plus with insurance provided by apps you need a tpa of new india assurance, covering through any damage.
                                    On 29.05.17 my phone had undergone a physical damage (Screen crack) amd on that very day i had uploaded my claim documents as instructed by apps you need and they have provided a tat of 7 days to approve/disapprove my claim, which they failed and on intervention of new india assurance they have approved my claim on 09.06.17 and as per the policy my device was collected by a courier agency.
                                    On launching several complaint they 22nd june they have stated the quoted “in your handset the internal parts is heavily damage due to the shortage of the parts in the service centre bit delay is going on”, but i have confirmed the same was a forged lie as on contacting to all the authorized service center of oppo in and around delhi/ ncr all the service centers have confirmed that the spare part of oppo f1 plus (Screen panel and other supporting parts) are available.
                                    Upon asking the company to share the authorized service center detail where the phone has been sent they are not sharing the details and over and above all these they have crossed the tat under which they should have repaired my phone.
                                    I request to kindly look into the matter and get the phone repaired asap and if they are facing any issue regarding the repair please make them to share the service center detail as the manufacturer can intervene and make the parts available

                                      My claim is rejected by company due to not matched invoice number with their record. At the time of insurance chandak electronics (Seller) provided me the bill, which copy given by me at the time of registered the claim. After rejection we talk with them, who confirmed that they give you same bill. After so many mails department did not provide the invoice copy and give the same mail everytime. Last time my another claim not proceed by your company, for which i file consumer case. This time company also denied.

                                        My insurance claim number is dmar27924 for my phone samsung galaxy s7 edge for which i sent the phone on 17th of april which was received to the company on 24th april and today i am writing the complaint here on 12th june approx 3 month from the date of sending the phone.

                                        I was given the assurance that the phone will be back in 20-25 working days but still i have not received it. I did many complaints to the company and again again assured that u will receive it soon.

                                        This is the last complaint i am doing here in a softer way.

                                        If the complaint is not heard yet than i have to go to some other forum

                                        My insurance claim number is DFEB24943 for my phone samsung galaxy J 7 for which I have lodged the complain on 9th Feb and my claim was approved on 23rd Feb. phone and other documents were picked up on 25th Feb. My phone was declared under total loss on 22nd March. I was been told that claim Aaj kak aaj, this week, next week. and today i am writing the complaint here on 14th July approx 5 month from the date of sending the phone.

                                        I was given the assurance that the I will get the claim refund in 60 working days but still i have not received it. I did many complaints to the company and again again assured that u will receive it soon. but all in vain, now i have not received revert to my complains also, which is 48 hours. from 15th June i have not received any revert to my complains.

                                        This is the last complaint i am doing here in a softer way.
