I had bought a mobile phone Samsung J7 dated 6/5/2016. At the time of purchase i have also insured the phone for accidental damage with apps you need company. My phone display got damaged and i applied for claim dated 23/11/2016. Initially they have taken the phone . On enquiring with this company multiple time i came to know phone is getting repaired later.
On checking the status online. It shows that I was supposed to get back my handset back on 19/12/2016.

However I have not received my phone as yet. I am facing great difficulty.

On checking the claim status online, I am getting an error message saying your CIN id doesn’t exist in our system

Sir mere mobile ka insurance abhi tak nhi hu va he, mobile to lele liya mujse likin abhi na to call na koi sms he muje ek barr call ke batye ke mobile kab mile gya order no.[protected] or mobile no. [protected] mobile Asus imei no. [protected]
