My phone was home picked on 2nd april and after that i have received no status update on the whereabouts of my phone.
1. Called the company on the company's number i. E.[protected] : it went through the ivr and ultimately they said that all representatives are busy and phone got disconnected.

2. Complaint on the email id: [protected]@appsyouneed.in : they said they dont provide support on claims.

3. Submitted my complaint on company's website i. E. http://dashboard.appsyouneed.in/insurance_claim_dashboard/ but received no concrete updates.

4. Messaged on fb page i. E. https://www.facebook.com/appsyouneed : no concrete solution.

5. Received these two contacts from fb page i. E ankit. [protected]@appsyouneed.in and manuj. [protected]@appsyouneed.in : but received delivery failure.

This company is a total fraud.
Please let me know how can i get my phone back.

Its been multiple times I am doing follow up but I am not getting any updates.
Please let me know date when will this get dispatched????

When contacted with the dealer over messenger, they said it will get dispatched within 10 days but it is already 12 days and they are not getting back.
