Sir my handset samsung s7 edge which cost is 59000 is going for total loss and its aproved on 19 oct 2017. Company inform me that a cheque issued of 51300/- for against my claim bt after too many months i had been not received any cheque company no rply my mails and my complain.. For a phone with Screen damage they said it's a total loss first and then even though 45 days have been passed after this communication there is no Cheque recieved for the insured amount.
I feel cheated.
My claim number is DMAR24401.
