We have done a insurance of our mobile phone oppo f1 plus from apps u need. We got a cheque from apps u needs in june but the cheque date was 16 august. We go to bank in august to deposit the cheque but after 2 days we got a msg from bank that the cheque has been bounced.. I am totally harassed by the company. They are not picking up any calls and not even reverting back to our complaints. So i have decided to put a complaint in consumer issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Handset was declared as total loss & they have shared the cheque number & committed to settle within 60 days. (Complaint raised on jan 2017). But till now, i have not received any cheque. Dealer and customer care executives are not giving proper response, i am fed up with there service. When can i expect the cheque, my CIN No is D[protected]
