I registered claim on 16th march 2017. Cin - dmar66974.
It got approved on 22nf march 2017, picked up on 24th march. Its been more than 1 month but still i am not received status whether my mobile repaired or not?
I raised so many complaints, on last two coplaints i am getting same answer that next status will be updated in 5 working days. How could you answer the same again n again? What the hell are you doing with the phone since last 1 month.
I want my phone back. Kindly send it back.

Updated by pankajshah034 When i talked to customer Care, They asked i will get back phone within 21-25 days .Its been 33 days and still i am not getting any update nor received back my phone.It seems you are doing fraud .This is the final msg else i am going to take legal action.
Dear Consumer Team -Pleas look into this.
