Apps You Need — Given my phone to the company for the claim didn't get the phone back till now

On 8 may 2017 i have given my sony xperai xa mobile phone to the company representative for the claim on 08/05/2017 i was contacting the company since then didn't get any reply till now the email consist the info (Thank you for using Apps You Need services. Thank you for your valuable time over the call with our executive with regards to your claim with CIN .

As per discuss with customer & Delhivery website pickup already done AWB Number[protected]. please i want my phone back or the amount of phone at that time it was insured
