Apps You Need — had taken my mobile phone since 3 month and did not return yet

Its a fraud company i paid them money for the insurance even they have approved my insurance also collected my phone after 1 month almost but still today i haven't found my phone in my hand it's been 70 days as of now. Please try to at least hanover my old phone. Please help me i tried calling them at least 50 times everyday but nobody replied to me.
