Apps You Need — i have not received my phone & no update on current status

Hi team,

My contact nos. Is [protected], i had submitted my phone for repair in april 2017 & i have not received the same yet.in august i was lucky enough to reach your customer care & they told me i will be receiving my phone in sep 2nd week, but the same is not received yet. I am trying to reach your customer care but not able to. My cin dapr18749. Please help in closure.
