[Resolved] Apps You Need — Mobile taken for repair 2 months before. Not given back since then and not responding

I purchased a mobile (Sony Z5) on 20 Feb, 2016 with insurance of 2 years by AppsYouNeed.
The mobile fell on 7Aug, 2016 and front screen and back cover got broke. On reaching out the "Apps You Need" company, they took it from home at 9 Aug, 2016. I was told that it'll be repaired in a week or 2. It's been 2 months since then I have been tracking it on the net.

Tried many times reaching the office but they say their repair office is at Kota. The online status is never changed and told will be updated with the estimated day of delivery which never happens.

The company has been fooling since long time dosing for a week every time and after multiple mails they stopped responding now.

It has been 2 months from then. Please help
