[Resolved]  Apps You Need — Money not received

My phone got damage. I sbmitted the handset to dealer to whom i bought insurance. My insurance number IRN426697. Claim was registered in August 2016. Now its months gone but no money received till today. Also i checked with dealer. Once he asked me for blank cheque, i have provided d same. but sti no response either from dealer and from Apps You Need. Please do the needful.
