Apps You Need — my insurance claim has not be processed

I have registered my complaint and uploaded my documents on 4th of september but now its 22ns of september the company promised that they will give the answer in 6-7 working days but now its been 15-16 working days they have not given any response and from 1 week i am calling them but they are not even picking up my call.. I will never recommend this company to anyone this is the wrost insurance company i have ever seen
