Still no action taken on my iphone 7-128gb worth rs.70, 000/- mobile theft insurance claim, i am getting mails from Apps You Need to Upload the documents but when i try to login to the website i am not able to upload the files i am trying trying to contact Customer care but they r not helping me thy are not listing to my complaints they simply cutting the calls serioulsy i am taking this issue to court some one from apps you need company should call me +91 [protected] ASAP.
Its been more then 15 days i am not getting any response from this insurance company. I am trying a call from last 15 days but there is no response from there side. I hope i will get a help from this. I am really fustrated by continously calling them. Hoping to get some response from here. or else i am going to court for legal action
After so many reminders, i am not getting any response from you people.
Now i have no choice, i have lots of faith in our judiciary system, i think i have to move to consumer court becoz i am facing a big fraudism from Apps You Need
There is absolutely no response. I have complaint you guys so many times. Please reply why one should not go to consumer forum and take a legal action for the mental harrasement i have been going through these past month.
Whenever i used your company number only one answer all our customer care member is busy on another call please wait for some time and be waited in queue. This kind of behavior is unacceptable & very disheartening. Very poor service from your end.
Very poor service from the company and they are eating money by smartphone insurance from the customers. Kindly help me or else i am going to book a FRI against the company and the director of the company.
