My claim has been approved on 04.04.2017. Pick up has been scheduled on same day itself. But they picked on 09.07.2017. And after that the same is showing that device has been received on 14.07.2017. From that day till today i didn't get any update. And i m not able to track my device that by when i will be getting it. Company claims 30 day repair after approval. But today its 21.08.2017 and 48th day of approval. I have submitted complaint 2 times. But there was no response. Kindly suggest what to do. I want my handset of prior basis.
