Hi, I am Neeraj Kashyap and I was using an IPhone 6 for about 6 months without any challenges. Last month accidentally I had a screen damage due to liquid spillage. I submitted my claim and provided my handset to the company almost a month ago. I haven't been receiving any updates or information about my phone and the status of my claim chick is ridiculous. Now when I checked it on the website it says that it's a total loss which I fail to understand. I don't wish to get a cheque of any xyz amount. I need the same phone to be repaired and If they can't do it. I'll get that repaired from apple and will need the bill to be reimbursed. My claim number is SD[protected].
