This is with reference to my cin djul21238 which was generated on 21st jul 2017 after calling on your helpline and reporting my case for screen damage. Customer care representative asked me to submit list of documents within 14 working days and they even mentioned that 02 days are require to review the documents and confirm back if not proper (Same is there in your email as well). I finally managed to upload the documents on 26th jul 2017 and surprisingly on 6th day i got an email stating that my documents are not proper as ‘child name & age is missing’. First of all i would like to clarify that all details were clearly mentioned in the 01st form as well and moreover why this query was raised on the 06th day o[censored]ploading the documents whereas your mail clearly says – 02 days!
Infact i uploaded the form again on 31st jul and today it is already 03rd august and there has been no status update! On 31st jul, after uploading the form again i tried calling on your helpline number thrice to check if all documents are ok now and could not connect as it was continuously kept on waiting (For about 7-8mins), this you will be able to check from your records.
There has been no call back/email from the company regarding status update and this clearly shows that you people are not interested in clearing my claim and are just wasting time.
Needless to state that you are service providers and this kind of deliberate mis-handling of the complaint will amount to deficiency of service and can lead to legal action against your company. As a final reminder i would request you to accept my claim and perform your responsibility expeditiously which as per the agreement you are mandated to perform. As a customer i would expect timely solution of the present situation and repair of my mobile by you (The insurance company). Was this information helpful? |
