[Resolved] Apps You Need — No response, no service, no customer service | |||||
I had a HTC Desire-626 LTE Dual sim Mobile Insured with Apps You Need. I was purchased it on 23/02/2016. In a Six month my phone's screen was Broken. So i Filled Claim On 22/08/2016. On 1/09/2016 i got i message from company that my Claim is "Approved" and forwarded to "Authorized Service Station" and it will be in my hand in maximum 20-21 days. Today it is 2/10/2016 But still they not given my mobile Back. And i'm continuously complaining about it and mailed them but they just not respond it now. Violation of terms & condition from Apps you need : 1. My phone is HTC braned but they forwarded to Gionne Service Center. 2.
