Myself Amardeep Bhalotia, about the damage of my handset I had uploaded my claim documents on 24/11/2016, my CIN number is D[protected]. On 1/12/2016 Mr. Sourav Saha has picked up my handset from your side and after collecting my handset it was not updated on website also. So 29 days has passed but I did not get my handset yet it is a long period may be you can understand my problem. Confirm me when I will get my phone back
