Hello, this is pritpal singh, i have taken insurance from apps you need when i bought my new phone, 2 months before my phone screen damage in an accident and i registered my complaint to apps you need "d[protected]" i called on 30th may to guy who collected the phone from me and that time he told me that they will handed over the phone after repairing on 11th june but i didn't get my phone on that date so i called him again and he said that he is not working with apps you need now and he gave me mr. Anuj mobile number so i called him but he didn't pickup my phone then i sent mail to them for a status and then i got reply that i have not submitted the complete documents (Whatever document they requested at the time of pickup i already gave that time), after sometime they approved this case and they repaired the phone and came to me on 27th june but when i checked my phone that was not working properly, it seems that they have get that repaired from local shop not from panasonic service center and then i called mr. Anuj @ [protected] and said the same story and he said return the phone we will send it for rechecking and after that im chasing on daily basis for my handset and after so many mails i got reply that i will get my phone after repairing on 18th july (Monday) but still i have not got my phone, so today i complaint again in apps you need site and i just got a massage that my case is dropped because signature of my in claim forms not matched with signature mentioned is previous claims. How this could be possible, they have already repaired my phone and i returned them as that was not working properly and after that on 7th july i got mail again that my case is approved but today they have changed their statement.
