Apps You Need — not giving me the approval for my phone

My phone's screen broke on 25th august 2017 I registered an request for my phone with all the needed document and paper work on the website of them it show that approval with be approved my 29th august 2017 if all the document are correct now its 30th august 2017 they haven't told we any thing about approval or wrong documentation customer is not reachable no phone numbers are been getting connected and no status is been given to me
