My phone screen got damged and given to insurance company appsyouneed on 30th June 2016 and as of now no information about my phone, I contact to customers care several time... They have same repeated answer that they will resolve the problem in24 hour...
What to do... Kindly help me... To get my phone or refund the invoice amount..
