Apps You Need — pickup and no response

My phone got damaged and i was told to upload some information after which they promise to response within 2 days but it has been 18 days i didnot get any response and nethier from your toll free number not by complaining in your site, this fraud company has given me so much of stress iam a lawyer and going to file a case in consumer forum
If this time i didnot get any response face it at your own cost
