Sir my name is gaurav pratap singh, my Invoice no. is 2432. IRN which is IRN325444 i complained for damage on 5th of nov my CIN is D[protected] ...my case was approved on 24th of nov but 34 days has been passed, but yet not picked. on every complaint there is an auto generated message that it will be picked in next 72 hr. WHEN I COMPLAINED ON THIS SITE APPS YOU NEED TEAM CALLED ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE IN 2 DAYS, THEY SCHEDULED THE PICKUP ON 24 DECEMBER, THEN 26 DECEMBER, THEN 28 DECEMBER..every day they postponed and given fake hope and promise. NOW I HAVEN'T ANY FAITH IN THIS TEAM, i am going for CONSUMER COURT, because i do complained on 5th of nov, and its going to be 2months
