Sir, it's been more than a month that my phone is there with you and no action is taken. 15 days back I've been informed that my phone's part isn't available but no action are taken. And according to the NIA policy I should have got a cheque and my broken phone. But I didn't. And your customer service is hope less when I call they just say write a mail or register a complaint but when I do that there will be a same reply everytime. As If they don't even read my complaint and just copy paste a single message. Then they don't reply back the mails. Thecompany asked for two days time but when the time limit was complete no mails were sent and they didn't cared to mail back or anything I regret doing my phone claim with your company.
