I send my j7 prime to the company for repair. They changed the display and puted a local into it.. Which have many scratches in it. I am complaining for the defects from several times.. But they ask me to send video.
Its not easy for me to take and send video to the company... They should compensate for this. Otherwise i am going to file a case against you in consumer court..
