Hello i am ricky verma... My ph samsung j7 was damage... In october... Compney collect it from me... But compney cnt reply me till now... mera ph mujhe wapis milega bhi ya nhi... .. Mujhe lag rha maine bohat badi galti ki is compney se insurence le ke... Mai 2 month se dekh rha hu... I fedup now... plz give me my ph back... chahe na repair ho to bhi bhej do... . no they will not return they have done the same thng with me as well i gave my phone samsung j7 in august till nw i havent got any reply and nor they are replying to my emails they are complete fraud i have filed a complaint against them in consumer court.
