Sir/madam Mera phone break ho gaya tha maine 09.08.2017 ko apps you need ki app se complaint register kiya jiska complaint no. (Cin. Pdaug10556) hai. Complaint kerne ke baad mujhe reply aya ki 4 working days mein aapka mobile pickup ker lenge but 23.08.2017 ko mujhe massege aya ki apke documents dobara se upload karo maine 24.08.2017 ko dobara se upload kiye mujhe reply aya ki humko apke documents dobara mil gaye hai hum 28.08.2017 tak approval bhejte hai but aaj 05.09.2017 ho gayi hai mujhe koyi reply na koyi call company se aya.
