Appsdaily — Apps daily company not take any action on my complaint

First time when my phone was damage that time i contact immediately to call center. Within 6 hour then tomorrow 22 jun 2016 receive document by email. And i contact to aurangabad maharashtra customer care office. Apps daily employ said me (Our company internet bill not paid you have to wait 4/5 days and then after that i reach again employ said me sir our company server is down) as per company policy my document reached within under 7 days but its company problem and company employ said me ur delay document receive ur not not able to take the damage claim and company customer care not receive phone take too much time 25 minute till not receive
09aug 2016 i receive a phone call to apps daily my new intimation id is generate and second time intimation id is not working and 20/8/2016 saturday i went ur office at 4:00 pm ur office is close i have proof of call recording apps daily customer care office aurangabad and video shooting
