Appsdaily — Apps daily insurance - no response on status of phone repair since two months | |||
Hi This is in reference to my Apps Daily claim number ADN_110317_[protected]. I'd filed my claim on 11th March and the last communication from their end, which said my iPhone 6 Plus is currently under repair, was on 4th April. It's been over 2 months and I haven't yet received my phone back. There has been no further reply from their end and the customer service number does not connect to an executive that I can speak with. All emails to 3 separate listed IDs have been bouncing back.
